To hear the sound of one of a Sonntag like this, look on Youtube for a video by Andreas Schulz playing changes to "Afternoon in Paris".  A new Sonntag costs about 6800 EUR, so you should have this one at a great price.

French magazine Guitarist Acoustic published a review of the J17 including the opinion of the French jazz guitar player Hugo Lippi:

"What I particularly love in this guitar is the capability to shape notes. You can attack without sounding metallic, or play very smooth legato."

German magazine Guitar & Bass also reviewed the J17.  In his summary, reviewer Frank Haunschild writes:

"The playability is simply fantastic. The craftsmanship using high-quality materials is flawless, and the guitar also makes an outstanding visual impression. The price is fully justified given the amount of work involved and the quality of the instrument."

A couple of the photos show some blue fuzz near the treble F hole.  That will come off.  There was something sticky there that held onto some of the fuzz from the case or a polishing cloth.  I cleaned most of it off with a rag with Pledge on it, but I didn't go 100% because lazy apparently.  :-/
