We rarely get returns because we try to spend time and effort to find the right item for you. Please let us know immediately of any errors or damage when your shipment arrives.
Exceptions to the above are always possible as we want you to be happy with your purchase.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returns of instruments to cover credit card fees. Our restocking fee is 3%. However, we will credit that fee towards your next similar instrument purchase.
Most mouthpiece orders will include a prepaid return label. If you have a return or exchange and seek a return label, just send us an email.
