Brushed aluminum finished lightweight straight mute.

Made from high purity spun aluminum, these handmade mutes blend perfectly, provide unmatched brilliance and projection, and have excellent intonation in all registers. Since it was first designed in 1968 the design has become the byword for quality and the standard bench mark mute. A great feel which doesn’t affect the ‘blow’ of the instrument, and the ability to produce a searing fortissimo as well as controlled pianissimo.
