This diminutive case is designed especially for Alexander double horns, and is one of the most compact setups around. The fiberglass shell and 2 layers of foam padding hold your horn securely, and there is room for 2 mutes in the lid. Accessories include a chair-mounted mute holder, polishing cloth, backpack straps, double mouthpiece pouch, and extra pads to customize the fit. The cover can be made of nylon or leather in your choice of colors. The cover is easily removed for cleaning, repair or replacement. Shell in carbon fiber is available by special order.
A variation of this case, the MB5 Baby 2, fits other brands of smaller body horns as well. Never fear - if you tell us your instrument and the features you'd like, we'll have it made, usually in 90 days. Leather exterior adds a little weight, about 1/2 pound, while the carbon shell reduces the weight by about the same amount.
