Miraphone 187 Rotary BBb Tuba

The Miraphone model 187 BBb tuba is the wide body version of the classic 186. Akin to the 188 in CC, this BBb tuba has a slightly broader tone than the 186. It's quick responding, slightly more resistant and compact of tone compared to the larger model 191. Its 4-loop body design is fairly compact for medium size players.

The standard 187 model is 4 valves in yellow brass. Options include 5 valves, gold brass body, or silver plate finish. Includes lyre holder, strap rings, nickel bell garland and mouthpiece. Case is sold separately.
