This Joral wa-wa mute is similar to the classic Harmon wa-wa, and is the perfect trombonist's companion for all sorts of Silly Music, including cartoons, shows, and 1920's-'30's bands.  Made in USA of aluminum with a brushed finish, this mute should fit nearly all tenor trombones.  The fit in the bell seems somewhat more secure than the Harmon, and with its slightly heavier weight and larger resonating chamber, this Joral has a fuller tone and mellower sound.  If you're really into mutes and interesting sounds, there is certainly room for both in your arsenal.
